Matching service only

FillMatch coordinates information between receiving sites and earthworks companies. It does not certify soil, provide laboratory testing, engineering advice, resource-consent advice or guarantee delivery.

Receiver responsibilities

Receivers must provide accurate property and access information, obtain owner permission and necessary approvals, inspect the proposed material, and maintain a safe delivery area.

Company responsibilities

Companies must accurately describe source, material, quantity, vehicle and timing, comply with applicable law, and stop when site conditions are unsafe.

Prohibited use

The platform must not be used to dispose of contaminated material, asbestos, rubbish or other prohibited waste.

Delivery records and capacity

A company-submitted batch does not reduce receiving capacity until the receiver confirms the actual loads. A disputed batch is held for review. Both parties must keep source references, load counts and incident details accurate.

Stop-work responsibility

Either party and any driver may stop or refuse a delivery if material, access, tipping conditions, permissions or site safety do not match the agreement. Immediate danger should be reported to emergency services first.

Availability

Registration and approval do not guarantee a match. Either party may reject a proposal before delivery.
